Payment is made in two parts, the deposit and the balance due.  The deposit amount depends on the route and the truck which your vehicle is scheduled on.  A spot on the truck is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.  The balance due is paid either on pick up or delivery of your vehicle.

1) Deposit:

The deposit is due upon dispatch and it is paid via credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Once your vehicle has been assigned a truck, this deposit is no longer refundable.

2) Balance Due:

We offer 2 options to pay the balance due.

a) Cash or Certified Funds

This is the preferred method of payment.  The payment is given directly to the driver of the truck after he has delivered your vehicle to your destination address.  There are no additional charges using  this method and you do not have to pay the balance until after you have received your vehicle.  Please note the certified check is not always made out to Transport Luxury Auto, so please make sure to confirm with your sales rep before issuing the funds.

b) Credit Card

We charge the balance due to your credit card once your vehicle is picked up before delivery.  However we do charge a fee for this service.  The fee starts at $25.00 and goes up to $100.00 depending on the amount of your balance due.  In addition we require a signed contract, either emailed to your sales rep or faxed to 888-400-4632.

Please make sure to discuss these options with your sales rep at the time of booking.  If you need to make changes to your payment method at any point do not hesitate to speak to your rep.  The more notice we have of a switch before the delivery of your vehicle the easier it is for us to accommodate your needs.

Rest assured, your credit card information is stored safely and securely and promptly deleted after your car has been delivered!
